What happens then, (I mean in ur recent work keep me). What would become of them. Are u going to continue their story? Or will it leave off there, in the stillness of the night where both hearts break but one is laid out on a platter while the other is hidden in a case. Will Chan face up to his actions and try to become that someone (y/n) needs, or will he keep running and running, away from someone, a version of himself which he so desperately believes he can never be, and leave his world behind. On that very bed, in that very night, where he wishes he could stay.

(Ok this became very poetic, it’s bc of ur writing style. It’s so cliché and slick I love it. It’s poetic, in a way. To make this simple, dodo I plan to do a part 2 for keep me? Or will the story leave off there for us readers to imagine. I need to get this off my chest.)

i’ve read this over and over again because “…where both hearts break but one is laid out on a platter while the other is hidden in a case” is an achingly perfect way to put their ending. thank you for saying that, i honestly cannot stop thinking about it!

i’m also very glad you liked it! unfortunately, i never planned ‘keep me’ to have more than one part. but who knows? maybe chan simply is unredeemable at this point. if their relationship and the actions that led to its ultimate demise haunt him for the longest time, well… that’s his problem, isn’t it?

he might never get the chance to make up for it, or he might. but if forgiveness is something he seeks, it’s not for him to decide if he will get it.
