My version of Chicken Cordon Bleu @chefdavidburke style. I learned this beautiful way to present a Chicken Suprême working for David Burke. I decided to add my touch to it by giving it my seasoning, stuffing it with Black Forest ham and topping it off with an outstanding cheese sauce made with four cheeses (Monterey Jack, White Cheddar, Emmentaler Swiss and finished with Pecorino Romano).
