RIGHT? it's not even a 'hey look at me being battered' thing because i'm really not, i have a little and i just feel nicely settled. the nerves are pleasantly dulled to a point where i can go about my day quite happily. like when i don't literally my tolerance for other people's bullshit goes completely south and in the absence of being able to find these people and punch them i have to settle for teethgrinding and raging in my tags. i'd just prefer, for the sake of my nerves/anxiety shit, to be more chilled in life generally and let at least some stuff go over my head because it's not like i can do much about a lot of these things that are likely to set me off, and as much as i love a good rant, when you have a limited amount of energy, being furious constantly is EXHAUSTING. i don't know how people manage it.
