This Chesapeake Bay Seafood Burger is a delicious blend of fresh crab meat and shrimp, seasoned with the iconic Old Bay seasoning. It's a taste of the East Coast with a seafood twist!
Ingredients: 1 lb fresh crab meat. 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 egg, beaten. 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper. 1/4 cup diced green onion. 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomato. Tartar sauce for topping.
Instructions: In a food processor, pulse the shrimp until finely chopped. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, diced red bell pepper, diced green onion, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 4 burger patties. Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates or pan. Grill the seafood burgers for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through and have a nice char on the outside. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two until they are lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by placing a seafood patty on the bottom half of each bun, topping with lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, and a dollop of tartar sauce. Place the top bun half on each burger and serve hot. Enjoy your Chesapeake Bay Seafood Burger!

The heavier snows today will occur across two areas. One will be across parts of North Carolina through southeast Virginia into the central Chesapeake Bay area. That area we'll see anywhere from four to perhaps as much as eight inches of snow today into this evening. The other area that we'll see heavier snows will be through West Virginia, and that might come in actually two waves. One wave today that produces up to four inches of snow, and as the upper level low moves through later tonight and tomorrow, another four inches of snow occurs across West Virginia. Any snow that falls through the mid-Atlantic states north of Charlottesville and Richmond will be very light and fine today because the air is so cold and so dry that in fact most of the precipitation will be evaporating before it ever hits the ground.
