As much as she’s got a lot of shit that weighs on her really heavily, there are a lot of things that make her happy. And it’s a lot of small things. When she sees tiny birds hopping around, the way the light of a setting sun catches on the nearby clouds, seeing a dog across the street, petting a cat in a neighbourhood. There’s just a lot of small things that make her happy. She’s someone who takes delight in the simple pleasures of life.

Howard

Weirdly enough, despite all the money and wealth that Howard has, he’s also someone who takes delight in simple pleasures as well. When he’s not working on something (or stalking Rachel like a nasty creep), he’ll actually sit outside in the outdoor dining/seating area with Apollo by his side, reading a book while petting the lion’s fur. Occasionally he’ll admire the view of Lake Eerie.

Serena

Immediate complaint followed when Fowler told him to see to a generic robbery downtown. Sixty honestly could care less if there was a disturbance so petty. It is the city. Many places are robbed. Many others worth more of a criminal’s time certainly come under scrutiny. Though the circumstance itself is not directly inside the current establishment he resided it was close enough. It is why it led him that direction. 

The perp sped off towards the shop. The RK800 did not let them get far. 

Slamming them through the window shattered glass all over the floor. At times he can be overzealous. It is just his typical mood. However after fastening handcuffs and allowing Officer Miller to give him back up, Sixty shook off the bits of shard. 

“Hm,” he hummed not bothered by the damage. Yet he had to be diplomatic. “Pardon the mess. All in the name of the law. Consider yourself saved.” 

Sixty smirked. 

It wasn't very often that Elijah could treat himself. It was a policy he had to hold himself to to keep from eating himself into a sugar coma, as he had done in the past. Regardless, when those days came he liked to try new bakeries or services that popped up around the city. Trying to keep himself from becoming a regular while also discovering new creations he could enjoy. It was an adventure, albeit a modest and small one.

And if he was honest, kinda sad.

He waited in the front room, pacing a bit as he was reading something on his phone to pass the time. It didn't feel like very long had passed when he heard the knock at the door. He perked up, looking to the door, but tried not to seem too eager. He relaxed his shoulders, took a deep breath, and walked over to the door.
