As a GW1 enjoyer I was very excited to walk around Ascalon 250 years in the future. All the Ascalon maps are very pretty, I love all the ruins that are scattered around and the autumnal landscape. Even the branded spots are pretty in their own eerie way. Wrench is here enjoying the view.

And I also love that the Searing Cauldron is just sittin' here for anyone to take tourist photos with.

Just so happens that I finished the EoD story recently on Chello Dear. So here she is in the Galya Delve map. Its a fun map to walk around with all the jade deposits to explore.

1. What’s the lie your character says most often?

They're both "I'm fine"-ers like they're both filthy lil liars the play down their problems (like father like daughter) but to be a bit specific:

Chello mainly lies about her physical issues a lot. She's always had a bit of a high pain tolerance to begin with so it's second nature for her to go "ehhh it's fine" to every stab wound until she passes out from blood loss. This also comes around with the weird changes her body is going through after killing and being killed by a god - she really doesn't tell anyone about those problems. Especially not her wife NO WAY don't want to put any more shit on her shoulders.

Blonko keeps ALL his problems to himself. He's fine. He's fine! He's got everything under control and is not slowly having a breakdown mhmm mhmm. It's none of anyone's business to know how he's feeling and who has time to fix it. Not him he's the first commander, the oldest person here 80% of the time and also Aurenes champion. Everyone looks up to him for guidance and support so he must stay strong for everyone's sake. He is a very busy man making sure the world stays turning and everyone stays alive. So he keeps his problems to himself.

15. What’s the most obvious difference between their behavior at home, at work, at school, with friends, and when they’re alone?

Hmm I think for Chello the most obvious is how energetic she is. She's more exuberant around her friends/family and less so around people she doesn't know/is not close to. She is, however, order of whispers agent so she is great at changing her behavior to fit the mission.

Blonko is a huge grump who is harsh to everyone. He's a busy man caring the weight of the world on his shoulders so he not the most approachable asura (and he most definitely won't be approaching you unless it's work related). He is softer around a few people, like his co-commanders, but that list is very short.

20. Who do they like as a person but hate their work? Vice versa, whose work do they like but don’t like the person?

Chello likes her wife - Madam Cookie is one of the few people she trusts implicitly. But Chello REALLY does not like the horses that her wife raises and cares for. Horses are... weird and off putting; Chello doesn't like the vibe of them. She can certainly live with them as long as they stay over there (away from her). On the other hand Chello does not like Palawa Joko (who does???) but she has to admit Joko’s successful lichdom is intriguing to her. Some necromancers (Chello) would dream of having the power Joko has.

Blonko changed a lot. He has been dunked in the blue paint swatch lol

Alicous got a profession change - he started as a mesmer (mirage) and now hes a warrior (spellbreaker) but he still knows a few mesmer tricks (aka he can make one clone without it immediately shattering)
