Off Color Brewing in Chicago is on my short list of must visit breweries. I adore their line art graphics and the beer inside these minimalist cans is anything but. This beer was a salty lime delight and perfect for tacos.

Sol Chelada is definitely one of the better Chelada-styled beers that I’ve had in a while. Strong tomato flavor with almost equally strong peppery flavor.
