These Grilled Stuffed Mushroom Sliders are a tasty change from regular sliders. There are savory mushrooms and cheddar cheese inside the juicy beef patties, which makes them a tasty snack or meal. Great for grilling outside with family and friends.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 8 small slider buns. 8 large mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced onions. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Lettuce and tomato slices for garnish.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Ground beef, diced onions, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Worcestershire sauce should all be mixed together in a bowl. Combine well. The beef mixture should be split into 8 equal parts. Each part should be shaped into a small patty that fits your slider buns. Shred cheddar cheese and put it inside each mushroom cap. Put four beef patties on top of a mushroom cap that has been stuffed. Place another beef patty on top of each one and press the edges together to keep the mushroom inside. Spread the olive oil on the stuffed sliders on both sides. Put the stuffed sliders on a grill that has already been heated up. Cook for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them. In the last minute of cooking, put the slider buns on the grill and toast them until they are just barely brown. Take the stuffed mushroom sliders and buns off the grill. Place the sliders on the toasted buns and top with tomato and lettuce slices. Have fun with your tasty Grilled Stuffed Mushroom Sliders!
