Big downfalls. I know, how classy am I, pizza and prosecco?! Not always together right enough. But I do enjoy a glass of the sparkly stuff. And since doing Body Coach in January pizza became the one food I constantly wanted, even though before that I could give or take it. I think it’s because it was probably the absolute worst thing to have in the eyes of Joe. Alcohol was a big no no. To the extent when I went on a hen do in February after touching no alcohol for 6 weeks I got very drunk very quickly and spent the night sprinting down three flights of stairs from my shared attic bedroom to the nearest toilet. 😳 Not a proud moment (sorry mum and dad!) I quickly learned that my alcohol tolerance had reduced greatly, much to my dismay, it took me 12 years to get to that point!!
