I recently checked out all these books on salt, cheese & high profile restaurants (2-3michelin stars) from the Pasadena library and I'm really excited to cook every night. Like really excited. Salt & cheese feel like crucial components to me now! I plan to make a insalata caprese & possibly French onion soup or a summer vegetable stack tonight 💁 Meats & dessert seem scary to me right now, baby steps.

Ham and cheese are partners in crime, just like their pals egg and lettuce, and chicken and avocado. But does cheese deserve this much of a porky punch?
I think not. At the very least offset a slab of ham with a mixed meat or give fromage a meltable dairy friend to rub shoulders with in the grill.
