Today Jordan & I created a home made afternoon tea for Mother’s Day. We started the afternoon off with some Prosecco & rose gold dust drinks whilst opening presents.
We then moved onto our afternoon tea part of the day, our bottom layer included ham, egg mayonnaise, salmon & cucumber and chicken sandwiches. We also had chicken strips, sausage rolls and mini pork pies.
Our second layer was alllllll the treats. We had a selection of cakes and homemade brownies!!
The third and final layer is our scones, we put jam & clotted cream pots on the table.
I am gutted I wasn’t able to home make all the puddings as we have been soooo busy with doing the garden up we didn't have time, so hopefully next time we make an afternoon tea we can make time to make our puddings...
