Pairing : Mason Mount x reader

Summary :  Y/N is an exchange student who have a crush on Mason Mount. You’re the lucky one who allow to get in to see them practice. In Stamford Bridge y/n and Mason fell in love with each other at first sight.

It’s Saturday afternoon, after finishing your work at university, y/n and y/n’s friends came to Stamford Bridge to watch Chelsea FC rehearsal. It's lucky for y/n because only the lucky ones get in to watch them practice. 

“What a lovely day !” –You said. It was a cozy and warm day with a little bit of sun light. Perfect for an exciting trip to where you have dreamed for your whole life –  Stamford Bridge.

When you first step into the stadium, the first emotion is excitement and overwhelmed by the scene . It's as big, epic, and awesome as you always think. Sitting at the bleachers eating snack and just realize the Chelsea team already done their practice for a while. You saw Mason Mount – your favourite football player. The good-looking guy, or to be correct it’s gorgeous man with dark brown eyes and beautiful smile. Oh and the way he ran, the way he smiled, everything about him made you get butterflies. You and your friends sat on the third row, close enough to see the whole team. Suddenly Mason looked up and made an eyes contact with you, and he smiled. Of course y/n smiled back immediately. 

Oh my god. Mason Mount – my dream boy is just made an eyes contact with me. Wow, it’s incredible !

He keep training, sometimes talked with his teammates, and he looked at you again. You felt your cheek get hotter and hotter.Touching your cheek you know what was going on : You already blushed. 

Silly me. Just look at him and you couldn’t make yourself conscious. 

He and y/n continued to look at each other until he got close the bleachers, called you down to talk, you was surprised  "You called me ?”

 “Yes, can you come down here so I can tell you something”

With the giggles of your friends, you went down the stairs, got closer to him.

Every steps you took you felt your heart beated faster and faster.

What I would tell him when I reach to his side. Hi ? Hello ? Hi mate ? Oh it’s so damn hard.

Y/n said akwardly: “Hi, is there something wrong?” – I picked something nice to say. Congratulation to myself.

He said: “ Yes beauty. Just you, being here makes it impossible for me to concentrate on training.  Can you go somewhere for a while?  I'll see you later".He winked

There are many thoughts running in y/n’s head right now, y/n was so happy, excited, and worried at the same time. For a moment you didn't believe this was real.

 You smiled and said, "I, I met Mason Mount, are you kidding? Wow, did you tell that to all the girls ?” You said with a smirk

 “Of course not beauty, just you” he said with certainly.

 “How do I know you’re telling the truth ?” she said 

 “Give me your phone” he said

 You immediately took out your phone, handed it out, and he said to unlock it for him

 You did it right away.

Don’t judge me. I’m not the type of girls usually give a stranger my phone number but he’s Mason Mount so yeah, why not ? 

He opened the Phone app, entered the phone number, saved himself as Mason Mount with a little heart. 

What a lovely guy !!!

He said, "Now you can believe it. Right ? 

Before you could answer, he continued :

“How about we meet at Stanford Coffee Shop at 5pm ? It’s just nearby. I only have to practice about 30 more mins.”

Y’n slightly nod.

“You’re such a cutie, you know that ?” 

You speechless. Oh my, did he just flirt with me ?

“Ok, see you soon, beauty” And he walked back to the station with his teammates who laugh and clap at him. 

I’m out of words. Mason Mount just flirted with me. And his friends just laugh at both of us.

Then you turned around, waved to your friends, telling them to go. They quickly left their seats and without hesitation asked you repeatedly about what had just happened.

“ Calm down girls. I will tell you all.” You said with wicked smile. 

 You and your friends walked and talked happily under a reddish sunlighted afternoon

 When you came to the the coffee shop , your friends left, winked and said, "Tell us all when you come back."

 “Of course , bye, drive save”

 Entering the shop, you ordered a croissant and a glass of Caramel Frappuccino - things you always ordered when going to any coffee shop.

 You sat and waited for the food, until the food was brought out, you asked the waiter, 

" Excuse me, who is Steve ? I’m Mason Mount’s friend, he said that I came here and ask for him”

 “He’s our boss, do you have any problem ?  Can I help you?”

 “Oh no, I just want to talk to him for a minute, can I ?”

 The waiter breathed a sigh of relief “Ok.Wait a minute, pls”.

 He went behind the counter, called someone, he looked up at me.

That’s probanly Steve – I think.

After a few minutes of talking, Steve took y/n’s drink, led you up to the second floor, through a secret passage, you thught.

 He said, “You must be special, because I've never seen Mason bring anyone up here before.  You walked after him with a surprise. “Make yourself at home. Excuse me.” He said and left.

 After he left , y/n just staying on spot , you were overwhelmed with surprise and joy.

This place is special, it is small, just enough for 2 people, and it’s a “secret place” that made y/n heart beat even faster.

The scenery here is also beautiful, through the small window, y/n could see the green trees fluttering in the wind, the sun was slowly setting because it was quite late, time has passed, but you didn’t notice , because just being here you felt happy and by the way, you loved the view from this spot.

 Suddenly you heard a knock on the door, “Can I come in ?  " You heard Mason’s voice – the voice u  just listened recently but lived in your head rent free.

 “Yes, of course” You said with a smile on your face.

 He quietly opened the door, went in and smiled at her "Sorry for being late, i just had a weekly physical test. I forgot to tell you ‘bout that. So..i have something to make up for you. I heard Steve said you liked Caramel, right ?”

Y/n nod slightly.

Mason continued “ So… I asked Steve to make you a special drink with Caramel. He told me that this drink included special “secret” ingredients you never found anywhere else.”

You smiled and said, “Sound great.  You are so caring. Thank you”

 Mason quickly sat on the empty seat and said akwardly. “Sorry, it's already sunset time.  

It's too late. I’m so sorry. Can you sit here for a while? I’d love more about you. And can i get you a lift afterward ? Sound good for you ?” 

He asked without a pause. Did he nervous?

You answered kindly "Thanks, that’s so sweet. And yes, i’d happy to know more about you too. I have plenty of time.”

Both of you chatted happily as if they had known each other for a long time, he only knew that y/n was an exchange student to England for a few months. You were very happy because not only could you enter Stanford Bridge but also had the good fortune to talk to him.  He felt comfortable to told you about his daily life as a football player.

Sit here. Talk to Mason Mount. I haven’t dreamed about this. It’s so crazyyy.

You both sat there together until it’s getting dark outside. Your friends texed  to remind u to go back to the dorm.  Y/n asked if y/n could get a picture with him and have his signature - which every fan does.  He said, “You already have a phone number. What are you afraid of ? That i may not want to see you again ? 

Before you couldn’t answered. 

He said firmly “I won't take a picture and give you my signature this time ‘cause we will see each other again. Darling you cant get out of me so easily.”

Oh my god did he just “darling” me !!!

You both laughed of loud and Mason continued,

 “I'll contact you and we'll see each other again.  Not only at this "secret" place, but also I will take you to other awsome places.We can go to see a movie, eat some delicious food, anywhere you want to go.”

“It sounds great.” Y/n said happily. 

You and him went to the parking lot, got to Mason’s car, kept tell others story until reaching your dorm. 

“Here we are.” – Mason stopped the car, he came out, went to y/n door and opened it for her.

How a gentlemen he is. I can’t wait to know more about him. The more time I spent with him, the more I wanted to know about him, the more I  fell in love with this guy.
