So… I’m leaving uni.
I won’t go into too much personal detail here, but between academic pressures and my waning desire to go into research (cause I don’t want to do computing or lab work, basically), I’ve come to the conclusion that at this point in time I want to graduate with a bachelor’s instead of continue my master’s, and do some adult life stuff – job, driving, hobbies – for a while. I haven’t officially left yet, but we drove up to fetch my stuff today and I’ve sent an email to set things in motion, so despite my nerves, balls are rolling.
Blog-wise: both because of this, and to enact my new year’s resolution to use/reach for my phone less, I’m going to delete tumblr. I may post sporadically in the future and/or shift my music blog into a more personal blog, but for now I’m laying both blogs to rest. Thank you to all my followers and acquaintances for engaging with me over the last 6 (!) years <3
