After talking with a few attendees, her eyes caught the attention of her friend who’d walked in looking as handsome as ever. Though his attendance was one that surprised her, as she was on the other side of the venue, she excused who she was speaking with in order to casually make her way in Christopher Krongold’s direction, as she approached she couldn’t help but gently place a hand on his shoulder. “Hey,” She spoke softly, “I’m surprised to see you, people would have understood if you were to miss out on at least one public event..” She of course, meant the people of the media, since the very business that rose his fame, is no longer running. She smiled trying to be encouraging to some length.

After the event, she felt like she needed to clear her head slightly. She felt this way because of what Preston said to her when they were dancing. In a perfect world, she’d want to tell Emmett, or Aviva though she knew how he’d react and Aviva was too busy. As she walked into the apartment, she didn’t know what kind of conversation they were going to have, but she needed to get this off her chest. As she weighed her options, Aviva was working so hard she didn’t have time, Emmett would lay more stress on her, Christopher was someone else who came to mind. She made her way to his new apartment, having her own tricks of learning where he’d moved to and knocked on the door. Just as the door opened, she dropped her bag on the kitchen counter before going to the extensive bar cart and pouring herself a glass of bourbon. She thew back the first drink, then quickly poured herself one she would sip on, before turning to her friend.
