Double and Copy are also not immune to the "man i need to touch up these guys" beam. specifically these are their Classic versions!
or uh, using "classic" rather loosely here. as far as timeline goes, Sik debuts in Zero Gravity, Double debuts in Shadow the Hedgehog, and Copy debuts sometime between then and Unleashed. so despite how i'm referring to these designs, it's not "true" Classic, it's just. their initial designs before they fully establish themselves in the story and get their "Modern" redesign. does that make sense
anyway. um! their whole thing is that they're two versions of the same person, so there's some design stuff that stays the same between them with slight variation - they both have glasses (Double has square sunglasses, Copy has round eyeglasses), they have the same shirt but with their individual accent colour, same pants, and similar shoes! and also have the same markings and hair style. also a lot of split shapes with two points (markings, bangs, tail)
aaand there's also some callbacks to their original incarnations! Double has his sunglasses on his forehead and is wearing a jacket (although it has different colours and he gets a more "faithful" one later), and Copy has a headband :D
they're also going to get Modern and Future designs like Sik, i just don't have them done yet so watch out for that
