REINA THANE + FAMILY TREE.

Family was all but a foreign concept to Reina growing up — that is, until she met the Thanes. They welcomed her into their family with open arms when she married the eldest Thane brother, and although they may not be a traditional family by any means, Reina is overtly grateful to them for having given her a sense of purpose and place in the world — even if she has a strange way of showing them.

Rhea and the late Cronus Thane are at the head of the family, the matriarch and former patriarch presiding over their adopted sons and their wives until Cronus’s untimely death and the decline in Rhea’s health. Where Rhea is soft and kind, Cronus chose to terrorize his family right up until the moment he was killed, and it’s safe to say none of them are particularly sad he’s no longer around. 

Reina’s husband Jason is her main link to the Thane family — unfortunately for her. He is a clone of his father, choosing more often than not to express himself with his fists instead of his words. He and his brothers had been estranged for years while he and Reina lived in Las Vegas up until when they recently moved back to Olympus, save for a few visits and family gatherings that never ended well.

Jeremiah and Andrew, along with his wife, Rowan, are probably the closest thing Reina will ever get to having siblings of her own. They certainly fight like siblings and give each other enough shit to last a lifetime, but having spent so much time together under Cronus’s thumb has bonded them all for life. Reina relates to the three of them and feels far more comfortable with them than she has ever felt with her own husband, and if she were to lose Jason her biggest fear would be losing the people she’s come to see as her brothers and sister as well.
