Knuckles had his heart torn out and replaced with a fire that never goes out, some of the flames have damaged his body, he drenched his hands in gasoline and then use the flame to become stronger

Robotnik
Through secret cameras throughout the zones that Sathanus had scorched, Robotnik was able to mostly prepare for the burning corpses, using a special Metal Sonic that shot ice and froze them, however it failed to stop the Demon Lord of Wrath, Robotnik was hurt, but escaped thanks to an odd cyborg Tails who took him to a glitchy world, the blood of Sathanus acts as a self perpetuating fuel source for Robotnik’s metal arm, but the small amount that got into the wound in his chest cursed him so his blood feels like it’s boiling, and his temper even more volatile than before.

A hedgehog skeleton coated in flames, it is capable of being puppeteered, or it can move on its own, when not being puppeteered it is a mindless beast, its quills are made of Hellfire, which can be weakened, but not extinguished
Sathanus
The Demon Lord of Wrath, his body and blood are hot as flames, however he can control his temperature, the shadow of his body glows when his temper flares up, he is enraged that he is the second to have a Round 1 Victim escape
