A reaction is what Erwin would get, that was for certain. Levi’s fluffed up instantly. His normally slender tail three times it’s size as every defense mechanism kicked in to prevent himself from sleazy perverts. 

Swiftly he turned around, claws barred, to give the one two to this douche-

That’s right. He was just here in the kitchen getting dinner prepared. No where else.

Returning to work after having been gone was a awful as he thought it would be. Though he hadn’t had all that positive of an outlook going in so maybe that accounted for some of his misery. But he’d never been a fan of all this pointless paper pushing... 

Dropping off documents to Hanji he found a curious piece of pie on his desk. Hesitantly he looked it over, noting it was cherry. And there was a note beside it that said nothing more than three simple words.

It was horrible of him to suddenly take flight without a word and Erwin had every right to be furious with him but that was not what he was meant with at all upon his return. There was love and acceptance and a desire to heal whatever was ailing him because it was something. Erwin was trying to make him feel at home here again. He truly appreciated all these gestures and love more than he could ever put into words. 

He had no way to express any of this nor could he give back in any way but...

Panic. You can tell he’s panicking because his entire body stiffens and his brows rise, his eyes open wide and nostrils too. If he’s got something in his hands, his grip becomes stronger; half-closed lips, his breath is reversed: he inhales from the mouth and exhales from his nose.
