He showed up in front of the powerplant with a notebook and a pen, key tools to the success of his plan. He rang the intercom’s bell, not expecting his call to be answered by the subject of his ‘study’ - Snake had warned him that he might have to deal with some underlings, before he could speak to Elec Man in person.
