a list of character names is assembled. I shuffle it a random number of times.
that list is split into however many necessary groups and put up as polls, likely with a 3 day live time.
whoever has the least votes (# of characters to be dropped each round will be determined by how many names I get in total, but I'll let you know) is dropped from the list
the list is randomized again, with the goal of balancing heavy hitters, and a new set of polls begins
repeat until there's one queer left standing.
I'm not doing graphics this time, because of that only partially alive thing, but I *will* commit to diligently reblogging propaganda.

sorry for all these delays, but i'm happy to announce that the bracket will be released on the 31st! the only reason it wouldn't be released on that day is if we finally have enough money to take this tamed feral cat in our town to the vet so we can have them as our cat, but probably not!
