'My skin has turned from porcelain--'
 Â
Like any newborn, Daejung was brought into the world pure and innocent. Surprisingly, he grew to be a well-behaved child, some would say it was the complete opposite of what he was now, but up until perhaps when he moved, he was assertive and quiet - the typical 'kept-to-himself' child.          Â
Even when he was born, he was quiet, His young childhood was tough, but he appreciated everything and everyone in it. This included his parents, who were strong willed and believed in him to the end, no matter what he did. And, that's about it for the people in his life. Well, the previous one - before he moved.Â
Oh, but actually, how about Ji-
No. He swore to himself that he would never say, breathe or even think of that name or of that person.  ---- Jinhyuk.  ----  Â

After so long, he couldn't help but think about his passed best friend as now, he had so much time on his hands, when he really shouldn't. Every time the thought of him came to mind, it brought back the dreaded memory of when he had to leave. When Daejung made him leave. And to do what? To apparently earn dignity, pride and all that other bullshit that they told him. He was so gullible, and stupid to believe these words, why didn't anybody stop him? It was the one thing he hated about his parents: they supported him no matter what he did or believed in.Â
Even if it was the decision to kill his best friend. It was for the Fatherland, right?Â
' You did the right choice. It's for the best. 'Â

That was when everything that he had learnt of compassion turned to a simple theory that he couldn't seem to grasp any more. This 'accomplishment' that would haunt him until the ends of the earth earned him the higher title in the North's military service, and so he moved to the South to work undercover. This was where he would call himself 'Junhong' along with an alias of his liking, which he decided to be 'Zelo'.Â
At first, his moving had struggles with the likes of 'fitting in with the crowd' and being accustomed to the new environment. Some things he found utterly abnormal -- especially the girls, like, even after three years of undercover service in the South, it just seemed like their skirts were getting shorter and shorter. Although, throughout the years, he had slowly forgotten what it was like at home as he was naturally evolving himself into the standards of the new environment. He had to admit, it was rather fun having friends close that care about you and whatnot. Of course, at first, free time felt like a dream, but after three years of undercover service, free time felt like a complete waste of time. And with this waste of time led to over thinking, and realisation.
It wasn't until now - three years later- that Zelo realised what he had done. He was so focused on what They called honour and title, that he did what he had to do to climb to the top. Even if it did mean killing his friend in the name of the Fatherland.
He did it without a second thought.Â
And now the world was only getting bigger and bigger, until the boy eventually felt too small to exist. His existence was too minuscule to be known, that's what he felt, that was he new belief. He wondered if his parents would support him now. But all he knew was that he was finally starting to understand his actual reason in this world.Â
He didn't. And that's why he had to go.Â
