Used to be trickster-writes! I was gone for a bit but there are new exciting things I have to share, and I hope you're still here to be excited with me!

Some quick (re) introductory facts:

She/her, 26, teacher

Fandom-wise (because, after all, this is still tumblr): I'm incredibly into things like The Witcher and Bungou Stray Dogs-- two vastly different things, but still fascinating in their own rights

I write fantasy and sapphic stories, stories that focus on characters struggling with their past traumas. I often use themes of betrayal, found family, trust, and discovering one's identity.

I've been spending a ton of times at Barnes and Nobles, and I have been adding so many books to my to-be-read, so I'm always down to chat about whichever one I've picked up next!

Currently Writing: Dandelion, Dandelion (click for WIP post) Dandelion, Dandelion is a fantasy following a young nobleman's daughter on her runaway journey into a conflict of mad mages and devil's bargains. Accompanied by an immortal, a bird-shifter, and a strange girl knowledgeable of all things magic, Cylindra defies the rumors of what happens to runaway girls. First in a duology, join Cylindra, Elysia, Faye, and Oleander as they face off against the Rowan the King's Mage. This work explores different forms of freedom and captivity, themes of discovering one's own purpose, and finding the power to recover from past traumas. STATUS: Completed manuscript, undergoing first round of beta reading. 79k words.
