#chapter 12 wip

I was so weirdly high off of the ending of Chapter 11 that I’ve basically been writing almost nonstop since I posted it, and I’m now almost 4,300 words into Chapter 12. Just thought I’d give y’all a heads up. ;) 

I'm currently (when I'm not working/busy with online school, that is) doing a massive complete rewrite of approximately half of Chapter 12 because I kind of got a little ahead of myself during my Writing Frenzy and then realized that I was at a standstill because the direction in which I had originally gone with it just didn't make any damn sense. Like I literally excised almost 3,000 words and started over from where the stuff I kept left off. However, hoarder that I am, I copied/pasted and saved the cutting-room floor stuff into a separate Word document in case I want to rework those scenes and use them later. Writing is so much work but it's so oddly rewarding and satisfying to feel like you're making the right decision about something.
