I love studying #GodsWord; even before I became a chaplain. I easily get lost in it for hours at a time. The more "scripture" you get in your heart, mind and spirit... The more you start to resemble The Author (God). It is alive and active... and will work its way into the deepest places, exposing everything that needs fixing. #GetInIt. #TheBible is God's Last Will and Testament for His children... This is a side view of my front porch. Every year from Memorial Day through Independence Day, I fly my American flag to honor those who served, sacrificed and died for our country. I'm proud to be an American, but more importantly. I'm extremely glad to know Christ as my personal Savior. I'm even more thankful that He chose to suffer and die that I might have life. He didn't have to do it; but he did. Because He lives, I can face tomorrow. Because He lives; all fear is gone. Because I know He holds the future.
