I just wanted to make a note for anyone who may be wondering, or that strictly follows Rainbowcy games. While I do write out all the rules, I am not going to be following the original 100%. Before I created my founder sim I had reorganized the rules, categorized colors with jobs, come up with color-themed names for both boys and girls for each generation, etcetera. If the sims or story decides on a certain thing over the rules and it feels right, I'll probably go with it though. Lol. I just wanted to be up front about this before the gameplay posts get too far in and someone is confused or upset by my choices. If you have any questions or want to know what my personally organized rules are, I don't mind letting you know. :)

Prior to the American Revolution, war in Europe was fought with a sense of honor. It was almost like a game to control power. Their game included a strict set of rules as well. The colonists made it clear very early on that they were not going to be fighting within the rules. The colonists formed a militia which earned the name, “minutemen,” for their ability to prepare themselves for battle in under a minute. The colonists knew the land and used it to their advantage by ambushing groups of redcoats traveling in the wilderness. These tactics were inspired by a man named Francis Marion who would be given the nickname, “swamp fox,” for his unique niche on warfare.These guerilla warfare tactics were seen by the noble British as barbaric and terroristic. This method was extremely effective against the British because it was the first time that war had ever been fought that way. The tactics the colonists created then became the foundations for the stealth tactics that we every country uses today. Ultimately, this revolution changed the way that war would be fought forever. Another thing that the colonists did that was unconceivable at the time was that they would intentionally assassinate officers in ambushes and at a distance. The Americans utilized snipers for their ability to gain an edge against the enemy as well as effectively assassinate British officers and generals. These tactics would be used until present day.
