Mugshot Monday - "Doctor Who Disappearing TARDIS" coffee mug by The Unemployed Philosophers Guild with Party Animal Limited Edition Blend by Peace Coffee

This is a rad mug that "changes" when you pour hot delicious coffee into it.

On one side is the Tardis, which is an old timey police box that's actually a time machine from the British science fiction television series Doctor Who.

The photo of the Tardis "disappears" when you pour your morning coffee into the mug.

On the other side of the mug is a shot from outer space where the Tardis "re-appears" because of the hot coffee. Brilliant!

I grew up watching what they call the "classic" Doctor Who series.

I got into it when actor Tom Baker was the lead role. Growing up in Milwaukee, the Public Television affiliate Channel 10/36 would play Doctor Who reruns late at night and during their fund raising drives.

I haven't seen a single episode of the "modern" Doctor Who series, but I'm thinking it may be time to finally check it out. I hear it's very good.

For those who have never seen the show, Doctor Who is a Time Lord who regenerates into a new person every so often which keeps the show fresh by bringing in a new actor.

Tom Baker was the 4th Doctor and he was replaced by Peter Davison who became the 5th Doctor.

The show is now on it's *13th Doctor* who is played by actress Jodie Whittaker! How cool is that?
