I love seeing Chu ge's journey of acceptance of his own feelings for Changcheng. At first, he finds him annoying at best, incompetent at worst. But as they spend time together and really get to know each other, Chu ge slowly realizes that Changcheng is his best friend and that he would do whatever it takes to protect him.

Da Qing: *The one who watches nothing but cute cat videos and scowls at the owners who do things like try to make their cats dance to the music*

Changcheng: *Watches videos of people doing good deeds to strangers and cries each time. Leaves the 🥰 emoji in the comments*

Lin Jing: *Tries to recreate prank TikToks but ends up getting banned from every fast food joint and smacked on the head by Zhu Hong, Zhao Yunlan, and Lao Chu, when he tries to put something weird in their drinks.*

Old Chu: *Says he thinks TikTok is stupid but watches them over Changcheng’s shoulder*

Sang Zan: *Eager to learn all the Tiktok dances. Wang Zheng gladly does them with him. They have a ridiculous amount of followers*

Zhao Yunlan: *Addicted to watching life hacks. Everything in his apartment is now broken. Shen Wei caught him trying to shave off his eyebrows because “TikTok made me do it” and then they didn’t speak for the rest of the evening*

Shen Wei: *Doesn’t know what a “Tik Tok” is and really does not care to.* Seriously Yunlan you need to be at work in 5 minutes.
