#fragrancereview Les Exclusifs de Chanel Coromandel by Chanel {2016} ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So this is my first from the luxury collection, Les Exclusifs de Chanel and what a marvel this is. From my first sniff I was immediately taken in by sexy patchouli and white chocolate accord that characterizes this fragrance. Coromandel is an earthy woody yet slightly floral and spicy masterpiece. Thanks to the genius use of bitter orange in the opening along with neroli, you are immediately treated to a fresh yet strong opening that may put off some but for me it got me captivated and eager to see what came next. The emergence of the patchouli and white chocolate accord smoothened by iris further deepened my interest and I knew at that point that I had found a winner. The dry down a few hours later did not disappoint with smoky woods, benzoin, vanilla and musk further taking this gourmand elixir to an excellent finish. Patchouli as a dominant note had always been a challenge for me until late and this fragrance helped cement my newfound love for this bold and exceptional note. As you would expect from a patchouli fragrance, performance is marvelous with amazing sillage and projection. It lasts for over 24hrs on clothes and 12hrs plus on my skin. I plan to wear this often during these cooler days especially on nights out and I'm quite sure others around me will appreciate my contribution to their olfactive experience. This is totally unisex by the way so I'm sure the madam will indulge herself too. If you haven't already tried this, please do. I'm curious to know what most of you think of this creation.
