Being a people pleaser👥 & seeking approval & validation from certain people is something I struggled with severely for years. I am still working through it, but I have gotten much better at "saying no"🚫 or expressing when I don't like the outcome of a situation. The key🔑 to getting out of the habit of people pleasing is to remember that no one on this earth controls your destiny🌅.. I have to remind myself every single day that I am not living to gain praise from people or allow them to live vicariously through me. I'm living to bring glory to God✝️, and more often than not, I've found that things He tells me to do are the opposite of what everyone around me thinks I should be doing. Trusting God is an integral part of learning to live for HIM not other people. #ChanelBelle
