Haunter! I think Haunter would be perfect for you because…

(1) It’s no wonder that ghost types are your favourite and even without your icon, I knew instantly that Haunter would be your best pal! This cheeky little ghost buddy loves goofing around and ultimately just wants to make people laugh but sometimes has poor execution when doing so. But no worries because you simply cannot be upset with Haunter when it shoots you its puppy dog eyes and apologizes profusely. I see you guys pulling prank wars on each other every week and laughing until your stomach hurts. Expect a ton of inside jokes that people will just not understand even with a thorough explanation!

(2) Ghost types have a really bad reputation of being menacing, reckless and evil but those are accounts from people who trespass into haunted or sacred places with no respect and provoke these ghost Pokemon. Unfortunately for Haunter, with its typing and playful antics, it has an image of being quite frightening making it long that much more for acceptance and love. With that being said, once Haunter becomes attached to you, it will never even think for a split second about being with anyone else. Loyalty is Haunters middle name and you can bet that whatever it can do to make you smile just a tiny bit, it will. 

(3) Because Haunter can be a bit rambunctious and restless, it’s really good that you love anything to do with art! Being able to channel its energy through drawing or music will really help your ghost friend center itself and calm down. I suggest you buy lots of magnets and tape because Haunter will be doodling pictures for you left and right so you better hang them up on the fridge or on your wall! Channeling this energy together through Pokemon Coordinating will do both of you good as it allows you to use your love for creativity while showing off Haunter and demolishing any stereotype that Haunter has.
