Ingredients: 1 cup brewed chai tea. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 2 tablespoons honey. 1/4 cup tapioca pearls. Ice cubes. Coconut flakes for garnish. Optional: Boba pearls for extra bubbles.
Instructions: Make chai tea and let it cool down. Follow the directions on the package to cook the tapioca pearls. After cooking, run cold water over it and set it aside. Put brewed chai tea, coconut milk, and honey in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put a handful of ice cubes in each serving glass, then add a spoonful of tapioca pearls. The chai coconut mix should be poured over the ice and tapioca pearls. Add coconut flakes and boba pearls if you want. Mix slowly and enjoy!
