5 things that make me happy:

My friends.

Cheesy I know but over the past few years I've had a hard time making and keeping friends and the few i do have I love with my whole heart. Y'all fucking rule and make me so happy when we play games and hang out or even when you just talk about your interests and days <3

My pets.

Same vein as the first one but i can't not!! Phoenix, Ithildin, and Beetle Bounce- despite getting on my nerves from time to time- make me smile with their antics. Phe gives the biggest tail wags when we take her for a walk, Thil has this strange obsession with the bathtub despite being upset when you turn the water on, and Beebs has taken to coming and sleeping on my lap more and more and its the most blessed thing in the whole world.

Time loops.

I've been really indulging myself in my special interest for a hot bit now and i gotta say. Despite Time loops emotionally destroying me sometimes I am also my happiest/most excited when i get to talk about them or enjoy things dedicated to them!!! :D

Creative projects.

I've had writer's and art block for a few months now but working on my own creative projects brings me genuine joy when they work out. Like the comic i did, yeah i was stressed a little when i was making it but when it was done I had never been prouder of myself in that moment. It was such a big project - most big projects i get frustrated and drop- but this one i actually stuck with and I'm so glad i did.

Music. (Specifically my OC playlists I've carefully curated.)

Nothing makes me happier than finding a song that's perfect for an OC and watching the playlist grow! It's genuinely really fucking fun to explore a character's story by finding songs related to either their backstory or the story events they're currently going through!!!

My goal is to read 12 books off my TBR shelf this year (so, not for school like most of the poetry and nf books you're going to be seeing are) and so far I'm ahead! I had a big reading slump the last few years but I'm READY TO READ again!
