I was really annoyed about how Paro became a damsel in distress after they had established her to be John's master and like years ahead of him when it came to transforming and fighting....but you know what? I'll allow it for now if I get more scenes like this lol
Lore!
But more importantly right now...
Oh, Orihime...I didn't think about her having to grapple with that being real.
Tonal whiplash!
It is impressive how smoothly the pendulum swings between Ichigo being smart and Ichigo not having a single thought behind those eyes.
Wh--Fuck the plan, I guess??
"GETSUUUGAAA--wait, I don't know that name yet. SWORD SLASH!!"
Foreshadowing...
Oh my god I was wondering why the writing for the real Dulcinea felt so familiar. It’s Nepeta. It’s fucking Nepeta. Protesilaus vaguely reminds me of Equius too. I’m so mad
I don’t think in the time that is left for HtN I will really get to really know everything about this Sleeper. So I’m assuming she will be further explained in the next or the last book. Therefore I’m noting this paragraph as something I think will be ironic at some point

BH remake ch 49
I'm amused this time we actually see Chevel's expression when Lidusis and Ibriel are holding hands in front of him lol
Earlier it was just implied he might not be too happy based on his posture, but now his face ain't even subtle.
I also found it interesting that Ibriel's outfit in this scene is similar to the one she wore first in the old version.
This is different to the one she wore in the same scene of the old version.
In terms of dialogue change there seems to be an omitted line when Chevel is talking of his regrets of getting close to Lidusis: In the old version he says "I shouldn't have let them be together" singling out Ibriel and Lidusis, before moving on to his dialogue of how "they" should have kept away from him, but the new version doesn't have that first line (though everything else seems to more or less be the same).
I find the comparison between Chevel's face of despair interesting.
The old one looks so lost and empty, while the new one looks confused and desperate.
In the scene where Lidusis and Chevel meet in Helios for the first time, the old version looks more like Chevel was waiting for Lidusis because he had something to say to him, while in the new version it looks more like Lidusis was the one who comes up to him because he wanted to talk.
It's possible both scenes are meant to be the same, and just my impression of them is different. If Lidusis was the one who went looking for him both times, baby nooo-
When cornered by Heil on the plateau, in the old version Iel concludes by saying "There's only one thing we can do" while grabbing a mana orb, while it's the other students who catch her meaning and verbalise "To fight?!"
But in the new version Iel concludes her own speech by saying "the only thing we can do now is- to fight."
I think it's a lot more epic and ties into her backstory a whole lot better, since her arc was about her saviour inspiring her to keep fighting instead of running.
The confrontation between Blow and Elzeble is really different. As the old version has them converse rather peacefully at first, exchanging about 5 lines of dialogue before Blow eventually attacks him out of anger when he belittles the lives of Helios students saying such insects don't matter.
But now the first peak we see of them is of them already engaged in battle, with Elze's dialogue implying Blow might have attacked him as soon as he showed up.
We'll likely see more details about this encounter next chapter, including whether the pre-fight dialogue occurs in this version or not, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's not present anymore. The new version has been changing up Rood quite a bit after all, and one of the ways is in how he's more active than passive being prone to action more often with less thought or dialogue seen from him compared to before.
