Why I Regress (And some of my triggers)

I involuntarily regress to about 3-4 to deal with stress and anxiety, but most of the time I regress voluntarily! I don’t have many bad triggers (just stress/anxiety). My good triggers are baby things, stuffies, toys, certain words (baby, sweetie, honey), coloring, and watching Pocoyo to name a few.

Why I’m Starting This Blog

I’m starting this blog to fill a void I’ve noticed in this community. I love love love lists and tips and tricks, but I don’t see them very often around here. Maybe it’s because I’m looking in the wrong place? I don’t know but I plan on making lots of lists! Lists for tips on regressing, good shows to watch on netflix, fun things to buy at the dollar store, good agere shops, cool agere amazon things, dealing with anxiety as a little, etc! So if you love lists like me, you might wanna stick around!
