Mettaton always knew about upcoming groups. Always. When Adamas approved a new idol group and sent them out for a debut performance, you could always find Mettaton watching their performance. He tried to attend most of them live, but when he didn’t have the time, YouTube videos were his best friend. He had heard buzz of a group called “Ivory Rivalry” from his fans online, so he decided to see them for himself. And when he saw them perform, he was mildly impressed. It wasn’t uncommon for Adamas to come out with groups like these, but it was uncommon to stand out to Mettaton in any particular way. So it was a pleasant surprise.
And that’s why he had invited Ceteris here, of course.
Any manager that could manager not one, not two, but four idols had to be doing something right to have such a cohesive group early on. And Mettaton wanted to get behind the man behind the mirrors.
“Ceteris! Welcome! Come in, come in!”
