Yes it’s actually me 🤓

January ‘22 ➡️ January ‘26

My entire life, I’ve had people say things that range from “Wow! I wish that I could eat like you and keep that figure” to “You are too skinny! You obviously don’t eat enough!”

Quite honesty, being skinny doesn’t feel glamorous when your clothes don’t fit right or when you eat big, balanced meals & still don’t see the number on the scale go up. I’ve always had to work harder to put weight on, but anyone that knows me, knows that I LOVE food.

When I first started putting on the weight, I cried happy tears. I felt healthy for the first time in a long long time. But then I kept gaining weight…and suddenly I was faced with a reality I never knew & had to get comfortable in my new body and find that balance.

For years I had a high metabolism on top of an unhealthy lifestyle and struggled to put weight on until 2023. I was at my lowest weight in 2022…reached my highest weight ever in 2024 and was finally able to drop down to where I am now.

It’s been a journey….and there’s still work to do…but I’ve come a long way & I will continue fighting for my health -mental & physical! 🫶🏼

I did not walk into this year with any sort of expectations BUT one thing I am focusing on & prioritizing is protecting my peace.

Less explaining.

More boundaries.

More rest.

More alignment.

Anything that costs my peace is too expensive this year ✌🏼✨
