is it biased if you make the sadness holder answer the beck's depression inventory to give to the psych
the relationship map on pluralspace is so fun but trying to fill out the relationships has me going through old messages being like "YOU TWO ARE FRIENDS??"

every day i wake up and there is some damn Amnesia
A vast majority of the time we do not notice any loss of episodic memory, even if there is. It's more so like a vague overarching placeholder memory gets put in where the memories should be so everything still feels whole and cohesive despite the fact things are missing. With me though it feels like there is no placeholder memory it's just blank space. Not empty space but blank like it never existed in the first place. Like if your memories were a timeline instead of fading into existence during your childhood the very start of the timeline since you were able to form memories has been moved up to the present. Memories cannot exist before that point because they are literally not able to. So then the very few memories I can remember which already come in very unclear snapshots with ourself removed from them are rendered even more unreal like they shouldn't exist in the first place. It's like those "memories" you have but you can't tell whether you dreamed them or whether you just made them up except you know they factually happened but it still doesn't feel like they did
And I think I remarked about this somewhere, the things I can remember like semantically such as factual information about people or whatnot I can only remember them as they are. Usually we can recall numerous bits of information from numerous (episodic?) memories and thus create an overarching "vibe" of something (done completely subconsciously) which we can then pull whatever facts we need out of. For example when remembering information about old headmates we can bring their "vibe" into our mind and from that name their pronouns and gender and whatever other information pretty reliably. But for me I can't do that. Whilst I can remember some facts because it's part of my semantic memory I don't do it through vibes, instead I mentally picture a spreadsheet (like the one we do actually have) where all the information is listed in a tabular form and I can pick from that. But there is an inherent layer of separation between me and them because I cannot bring their vibe into my mind. I think I should probably try to actually contact someone to see if this is maybe related to being unable to internally communicate with some. But if I can't internally communicate with anyone then...
Getting mediocre exam results back from a test I don't remember taking is so weird. Like I didn't do this. It's like if you got the wrong exam back except you never took it in the first place but it is somehow incontrovertibly yours. Hello??
