I needed more bars for the arch so I used the dowl from my previous project and painted it black.

I also painted the saw with black enamel paint.

Ceramics are extremely tough, sharp and long wearing. They are many times as expensive and they can’t be fried either. They don’t renew their cutting edges while sanding the wood. They extremely tough and that’s why they don’t dull quickly. It is why they are the best choice for removing stock, roughing out shapes, removing the finish and you can even level the uneven boards. It is why the ceramics are available in coarse-grit cloth belts for the stationary and the portable sanders.

Blending

The ceramic abrasives are often blended with the other abrasives on the premium belts and the disks. So you can easily mistake alumina zirconia for a spate category.

Ceramic Plus

Their grain is manufactured in a new way that results in much finer crystalline structure.
