Center splits
If I can do one split: This is a fair question that comes from a very common observation. What strikes many people observers
Look! My center split is coming along
Fellow cheerleaders, can you guys help me with stretches and exercises to help me better my toe touches and center split? I'm currently sitting with my legs open as wide as possible trying to push myself into the wall but I need a partner and I don't have that at the moment. Are there any stretches that are more independent?

TODAY IS A VERY IMPORTANT DAY.
MY BALLS TOUCHED THE GROUND.
YES YOU HEARD ME. MY BALLS TOUCHED THE GROUND.
(in my middle split for the first time everrrrr which the doctors said i'd never get that far so they can SUCK IT NOW WOOOOOOO)
So about that center split...
Some people are just naturally more flexible... I am not one of those people. I have the natural flexibility of an old, dried out rubber band. That being said, I predict it highly unlikely that I will be able to do a center split at a complete 180. It's unfortunate but my body literally locks up when I hit a certain point. Maybe about an inch, maybe two more can be reached but I don't see a full center split in my future. Heartbreaking, I know.
Doing homework in my center splits. There is always time to stretch and further your flexibility <3
