Ohhhhhmyyyyygahhhhhhhhh I hate hate hate ordering food as a celiac I had to and it went wrong, I hope I didn’t get glutened, I had no symptoms at least. Idaho was pretty good, I have to find what buns they had. But like I wish places could be better, three out of four seemed good. The larger sit down cafe resturant wasnt that great but it’s ok. I accidentally got some sort of gluten contamination earlier this week and it's reminding me that my childhood self was stronger than the goddamn marines. I am in pain that is mind numbingly unbearable. And it's not just abdominal and stomach pain. My joint pain is worse. I've got a headache all the time. My other organs are more painful. I'm struggling to stay awake. I have no ability to think other than to be angry about how awful I feel. And I did this non-stop from the time I was born until I was 14. Like I can't really comprehend a child having to deal with this, and yet I know I was. Thank God we figured it out though bc I did almost die at 14 from malnutrition lol.
I think I’ve identified my frustration with the food we have in our house right now not with being like without food and snacks like I’ve been saying just that our options for snacks are always limited because good gluten free stuff is expensive and limited at least that’s what I’ll tell myself and others idk
Like when it comes to food I’m always left out and it’s stressful always thinking ahead
