what is Celes’ relationship with the rest of the mystery shack?

what led to Celes’ creation in universe? What led to you making them in real life?

Celes will be fed as long as there's any source of light! No favorites, food is food. They feed through Ford's body when they can't exist in the physical realm, kinda like a parasite except Ford can't really feel any adverse effects. So basically as long as Ford stays in the light they're fine. They CAN go without food for some time like a human would, but too long will cause them to start fading away. In an event where they land in a dimension where, let's say, it's pitch black and Ford turns on a flashlight, it will die FAST because Celes NEEDS to eat. It's a survival thing

I imagine they would be good friends with Mabel! Stan and Dipper are weirded out at first because holy shit Ford you had a child with that fuckass triangle???? But Celes naturally latches onto people, they have incredible charisma, so they warm up to Celes real fast. They LOOOOVE Soos, they think he's the coolest dude alive (up there with Ford). Wendy and Celes like to pull pranks on people together (really easy when you can disguise yourself as someone's shadow!)

Celes knew Fiddleford before the portal incident. They were still baby back then and don't remember much, but they remember how kind he was. It's a shame that these days Uncle Fidds can barely remember them.

Question, what is the first thing Isosceles would do if he got a physical form/left the mindscape?

Hmm, lore wise the first thing they did after leaving the mindscape was meet Fiddleford! We're rewriting most of the lore right now so Celes CAN leave the mindscape but it's limited to lab only until weirdmageddon thanks to a machine Fidds helped with! They were only baby back then tho so they don't remember much but they remember uncle Fidds being nice to them :]

Post-Portal I'd imagine they'd be excited about meeting the family and just run around the portal room's walls all excited while yapping!! They'd be especially excited about getting to meet Stan!! Ford used to tell them stories about their uncle and he seemed like the coolest dude ever! Wait what do you mean they don't like each other very much. Dad you used to tell me you were best friends with that guy what the hell dude
