Hello. My name is Celty. I am the black rider of Ikebukoro. If you need a job done, call me-- - I'll get it done at a low price. Do not try to find out my identity. It will be impossible. I am a phantom-- I'm the night.

'It's quieter than usual.' 

The black rider found herself riding along the empty highway, not a car to be seen. The silence bothered her-- - it was unsettling and a bit too odd. Ikebukoro was a loud city full of mischief; not a city with no one on the streets. She speeded up, wanting to get home as quickly as she could.
