Four different pieces: hat, mantle, outer cape and collar woven either with tree bark and/or needles. Also I think there would be some sort of woven grieves and/or thigh guards for riding that are either woven or constructed from larger pieces of materials. The smaller the weave plus the additional of elaborate patterns indicative of status.
