Ccoa
The Ccoa is a catlike storm spirit originating in Peruvian Quechua mythology.
She takes the form of a huge cat, as much as three metres from tip to tail. Her fur is grey, striped with black, with eyes lit by phosphorescence. She flies through the air with hail streaming from her eyes and ears, her eyes shooting out bolts of lightning, urinating rain as he goes. Her vast form above has even been known to block the sun or moon, and if threatened, she will arch and hiss and spit out hail at her attacker.
Before the harvest season, the Quechua people make offerings to the Ccoa to keep her away from their farms, but those who give the least impressive offerings might find themselves stuck anyway. Some say she belongs to the mountain gods, the Apus; some say that she will grant power to mortal sorcerers. Either way, she will leave humans be if left alone, but like any cat, she loves to roam and prowl the Peruvian grasslands and forests. If one wants to be spared her storms, an offering to keep her at bay might be your best bet.
The ccoa is a creature from the mythology of the Quechua people of Peru. It resembles a domesticated cat, but is much larger. It has grey fur with black stripes and luminous eyes.
The ccoa will emerge during the rainy season. If an offering is made to it, it will remain peaceful, but those who do not present it with a gift will find their crops ruined by hail, created by its tail. This means that the poor are often an unfortunate target of the ccoa.

A key point is the suspension of payments only pertain to federal loans, not private.
Employees Are Financially Stressed
U.S. workers claim they want quicker access to their pay, according to a study by the Workforce Institute at Kronos, which found that 72% of the 1,180 U.S.-based employees surveyed want access to their wages before their payday.
More than half of employees (53%) agree financial stress distracts them from their work. Two-thirds of employees (66%) wish they had early access to earned wages to simply cover bills, especially emergency expenses such as a car repair (32%) or unplanned medical care (19%).
