Sugar Hill is a sleepy little town in New Hampshire. This house is modeled after my Aunt Marjorie’s home, where my family and I used to visit every year for Thanksgiving. It is as accurate as I could make it, based on old photos, memory and the building restrictions of the game itself. 

HOUSE DETAILS:

4x5 lot, $80,900, 1 car garage, 2 fireplaces, central heat/air, laundry area, master bedroom suite with his & hers closets, 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, back foyer/entry room, back patio, dual hot water system, large yard, home security system, eat-in fully equipped kitchen, built in book shelves and china cabinets, and a large sun room/family room. 

Even with this un-furnished, this is a CC HEAVY home! Please be aware that I have not yet made an entire list of what meshes will be necessary for everything in this home to show up properly. This is a list of what I have so far:

I’ll update the list soon, but that’s actually about everything in there. Landscaping is from Maxis, as is the siding. Patio and walkway brick work is mine, and the cement driveway and the garage interior floor is Maxis.
