Felt like I needed these so I have spent the last 2 days building it. CC FREE except for 2 small items in the Natural Medicine shop. CC FREE has not been easy for me. Anyway I wanted some small shops along a river. The lot is set as retail, 30x30 lot. You do need all the packs & EPs.
