Hello, my dear! First of all, I just want to say I have deep respect and admiration to all you vanilla/minimal cc players out there. I was one of you for many years, but here we are LOL.

I saved this ask for lunchtime so I could do a deep dive into my mods folder and help you out. I consider myself to be Maxis Mix which is Maxis Match with a little alpha thrown in.
