TV REVIEW | Star Trek Picard Season 1 (Spoilers) I'm in an odd position. I like but I don't like this series. I appreciate the entertainment value and production. It's fun and I like the progression of the story BUT this is not STAR TREK. There's just a lot of mischaracterizations or at least a lot of leaps in reasoning just to move the story along. Again I had a fun time because I think I've seen a lot of elements of this series reminiscent of other mediums (Avengers, Star Wars, Alter Carbon, etc.). If you can look pass all of that you can enjoy it. It's not horrible but it's not Star Trek.
