“Really. What makes you think that?”

        “Was it the scars I left in you back? That time I dislocated you arm? Or the seven hundreth time I punched you in the kidneys?”

Catra let out a small wheeze as Martin curled up practically on top of her. Shifting her legs to make her friend more comfortable she began to pet their messy pink hair. “Ah~.. And how are you doing, Martin?” she asked while slowly twirling strands of hair between her fingers.

If she’s upset she’ll start tugging/playing with the fur at the tip of her tail, much like some people twirl their hair.

After a rough day she likes to add herbs to the bath and soak for a long while until she’s completely relaxed.

She doesn’t have much in the way of physical trauma, couple broken bones as a kid, that kind of thing.

She has emotional trauma like most everyone else. A lot of peoples lives were affected by the Calamity and Cat’s no different. I wanted her to have as little pain/hurt as possible Q.Q  After losing her childhood sweetheart during the calamity she was upset for a long while, turning to her botany and later goldsmithing to get her mind off everything she eventually just buried all those feelings and no longer thinks about it. It doesn’t affect her day to day life, she just spends more time working, doesn’t really date, and just isn’t interested in making romantic connections.  

It had been a long day and Catra was more than ready to curl up in bed with a fluffy pillow and warm blanket. She slowly shuffled to her bedroom after finishing her evening routine, stopping at her bedside she stared as a puzzled expression crossed her face. 

The mess of blankets all bunched up was nothing new, however the scaled tail she noticed poking from beneath the wavering blankets was quite unusual. Slowly she lifted the blanket from the sleeping creature in her bed to reveal a very cute sleeping Aghul.

 Seeing the Au Ra all tucked up dozing away put a smile on her face, so instead of waking the boy, she slowly crawled into bed and snuggled up next to him and enjoyed the warmth of his body heat. “Sleep well, Aghul” she whispered before falling asleep.
