Mona Lisa was released in the US on 13 June 1986 (and in September in the UK).

Inspired by an article in the newspaper about an ex convict's claim in court that his assault charge was because he was defending a prositute, Neil Jordan had David Leland write the first draft of the script, before rewriting it. Sean Connery was offered the lead role, but asked for too much money. Once Bob Hoskins was cast, Jordan rewrote the script again with Hoskins in mind. After EMI Films backed out of production, George Harrison's HandMade Films stepped in.

In anticipation for Dune Prophecy Season 2, I wanted to stitch together something for everyone's favourite school of pre Bene Gesserit sorceresses. The end result was a music video trailer/montage of sorts.
